Description:

The moth is of the family Geometridae. It is only the male that has wings, wingspan 30–40 mm. The wings are strongly-banded with two dark brown spots in between. It is a bit surprising to see insects flying around here in Norway now with only 2 °C outside.

Habitat:

On the wall beside the entrance door.
