These are some of the "hairy" ones that grows in Sweden, similar to your spotting.

Myosotis arvensis is my guess.
Myosotis ramosissima and Myosotis stricta should be out of bloom right now.
Myosotis discolor has a different colour.

You are used to the ones that appear in the spring because it's easy to spot them at that period, that's the 'wood forget me not' species.

I am used to the hairy ones from the central and north area of Sweden, I wish I had a book of the flora at home! Let me try to see what I can find in Swedish on the interenet... Sec...

Yes, it is but there are few species! This is the hairy one and then there are the hairless ones :)
