Description:

Family: Noctuidae, Subfamily: Agaristinae (Wood-Nymphs and Foresters) Forester caterpillar. Length: 38 mm (approximate). Feeds on Grape leaves or Virginia Creeper.

Habitat:

Woodland/lawn edge on either Grape leaves or Virginia Creeper.

Notes:

It was very active crawling all over my fingers and hand.
