Wonder what the mystery packages contain?!
Small neat rolls, that look like dry leaf rolled up. Could be one of the Leaf rollers.. Resembles tiny chocolate wafer rolls!!
What an excellent spotting Surekha ! I totally missed this one but having seen both the weevil and what looked like one of these nests (Nidus) I am really interested in the ones here in Oz. I hope I have found one because they have not been observed in action in this part of the world ( it seems !). <br. The brown rolled-up nidus drops to the ground and the larva matures inside it. Thanks for sharing. Here's information on this from other species
Maybe you can collect some, put them in a jar covered in cloth and see what comes out! I have two different sets of these that I am waiting to see what comes out. I sure hope it is weevils.
It is a fairly large tree, I'm yet to identify. These rolls are visible only on a few branches. Though small they are more noticeable as they turn brown. Hope to catch a glimpse of the emerging one if it exists :) Thanks, Jemma!
Emerging new leaves are often rolled up. My lemon tree has new leaves which are rolled up. Not to this extent though. The morning glory flower comes tightly rolled up too. There could be another possibility too.

Excellent spotting surekha. Wonderful little creatures.
:) Yes will do that! Figuring out ....probably will need help to collect them carefully as the branches are out of reach.
Thank you, Lauren!

Added more pics. Find some green vegetable bugs and kind of nymph under the leaf.
