Yay! Glad to hear they are one of your favorite. They are such interesting and important species in their ecosystems. :)
One of my favorite birds. I often get to watch a large communal group of 50-70 Black vultures. Much to be admired. In the summer, late in the afternoon when the temperature changes and the winds shift, they all take to the air and swoop around ... just for the pleasure of it, I think.
