A common species of a hoverfly (wasp mimic). This hoverfly migrates. It only stays in Sweden from May to September, and the rest of the time in Central/South of Europe.
City (It can be found in many types of habitats)
This type of hoverfly is usually unafraid of people, and the Swedish common name translated in English is "curious hoverfly". The larvae feed on aphids

I guess my eyes are too tired as well, the link I gave you matches your spotting perfectly and the ID you have is a bit tricky not so sure.
