Spotting

Description:

Quite small, maybe a quarter of an inch long, if that. Taller than it was wide. Green body resembling a leaf with solid red eyes. The insect did not have "jumping" back legs like a katydid would. This insect was one of several that I found after leaving a door open at dusk and was probably attracted to the light.

Notes:

I believe this insect to be some sort of leafhopper or planthopper, but I am not sure. I would love some ID help!
