It was definately the last thing I expected to see in Vic that's for sure! Although I'm not totally surprised, I've found a few critters that weren't typical to the region..

I didn't realise their range was so far south. Good spotting. These spiders are one of the few species of native spiders that really do frighten me. Growing up in Sydney, I was always on the lookout. Nasty!!!
