Geometrid Moth

Description:

Striking Red-Orange Moth with dark bands on both pairs of wings. About 1.5 cm long. Family Geometridae.

Habitat:

Came to an ultraviolet light in the garden, San Cristobal de Las Casas, 2,200 meters.

Notes:
