Wall Crevise Spider

Description:

A small slender spider that is common and abundant in some buildings. These small brown spiders seek shelter in small holes and gaps on walls during the day and only emerges at night keeping close to the entrance. Silks are extended outside the hole to sense vibrations from prey that entered their territory. Update: This is a Filistata sp.

Habitat:

Wooden walls with holes in Sukau Bed&Breafast.
