Found this poor little guy very much dead (hence the unnatural pose) in with my punnet of grapes...in the fridge. Oops. I took a dorsal (photo 2) and ventral (photo 3) photo which may help in identifying what spider this is.

Thanks for the ID gymn010. It certainly does look like a yellow sac spider. Glad I didnt have to deal with any bites!!

Pretty sure that's a Yellow Sac Spider-- of the Tegenaria genus. Can have a nasty bite.
