Anas platyrhynchos
Medium-sized waterfowl, 50–65 cm long. Their neck/head feathers are still changing from brown to green and a white "collar" is starting to appear. They were enjoying the sun and the warm weather.
Found in a man made "oasis". (A lake near the beach)
During a family walk, my lil' sis insisted I should take a few photos of these. I'm happy she did.

Ducks are awesome too, and they never fail to make me smile. I love their 'bum up' pose.
