Hi chesterbperry! I agree with Agnes that this is not a moth, but a skipper butterfly. You can tell as skippers (Hesperiidae) have hooked antennae endings, while "typical" butterflies have club-like tips to their antennae, and most moths have comb-like or feathery antennae. Skippers also generally have hairy stocky bodies and large eyes. Good luck with the plant! Agnes, if you can't enter a suggestion, clearing your computer cache generally fixes the issue.
