This had black underneath it for sure, that I remember, you can see it on the bottom of the picture, I guess those are gills?

could be (because i have some images, which are very similiar) lacrymaria lacrymabunda {psathyrella velutina} --> ( http://www.soortenbank.nl/soorten.php?so... ), ( http://www.google.nl/search?hl=nl&cp... ). But i'm definitly sure, that i'm not sure! some pholiota species have also so hairy -threads.
