I spent 6 weeks working on a game reserve in South Africa & was involved in a lion monitoring project. I got to see all kinds of interesting behavior! This action took place at dawn so the colors look a bit washed out.

I've added a couple more photos. The third one shown the huge size difference between the sexes.
