Eastern Tailed-Blue

Cupido comyntas

Description:

Small, even for an E T-Blue. Length of one wing about 12mm. Upper surface showed blue when flying.

Habitat:

Urban Garden.

Notes:

Try as I might to get a good broadside against the petals of this Purple Coneflower, the butterfly kept pivoting faster than I could adjust my angle.
