This is the first member of the caprimulgiformes that I have seen. You can tell what it is by the white patches on the ends of its wings. Their flight pattern is erratic like a bat.

Haha, cool! I remember when we were out there we only saw one that night. all the rest were just bats, It's like they were trying to trick us!
