Description:

Black mark or ring at end of beak. Males, Bright white with grey wings tipped with black. Females more brown and spotted.

Habitat:

Near water or anywhere to scavenge food from possible contributors within many miles of shoreline. Also seen gathering in farmers fields and grocery store parking lots. : )
