Aegires minor
This creature is also known as Minor Notodoris, Minor Neon Nudibranch, Neon Nudibranch, Neon Slug, Neon Sea Slug, Banana Nudibranch, Banana Sea Slug, Pineapple Notodoris, Pineapple Nudibranch and Pineapple Sea Slug. Also referred to as Notodoris minor. They can grow to about 15cm, and feed on sponges.
Found singly or in pairs on coral and rocky reefs amongst sand and rubble areas across the Indo-Pacific, at depths of up to 20m.
Spotted this nudibranch on a coral wall in the waters of Talikud Island, Samal, Philippines.

Hahaha! First thing I thought when I saw it was how it might taste if I popped it in my mouth! Looks like candy, no? :D
Aren't these colours supposed to warn potential predators?
