Ablabys taenianotus
Also known as Cockatoo Leaf Fish, Australian Red Cockatoo Waspfish and Cockatoo Rouge Fish. The Cockatoo Waspfish can be recognized by its long sail-like dorsal fin which originates above the eyes. They feed nocturnally on smaller fish and invertebrates.
Found singly or in pairs on coral reefs and in sheltered estuaries and bays usually on the bottom.
I was able to take a picture of this waspfish during a night dive.
