I thought this was a Loggerhead Shrike, but cannot find any literature that describes the brown trim on wings and tail!

The beak looks wrong too it doesn't have the top beak hook!

Definitely a loggerhead shrike. The brown may just be an abbarent sort of thing since I don't see juveniles having brown on them either, they just have buffy parts
