Description:

This spider was resting on a dead twig. I didn't see it move once until I blew some wind on it. I think it is nocturnal as the photos were taken during the day. It is about slightly smaller than a U.S. dime.

Habitat:

tropical dry forest in NW Costa Rica 7 weeks into the 6 week dry season
