Falco subbuteo
A small, slim falcon only 20cm in length.
Thanks everyone. They are very similar looking birds but after some more thorough research looks like the Eurasion Hobby has a white throat while the African is rufous.
Another vote for Falco subbuteo. Adult F cuvierii much richer coloured below.
