Pale iridescent blue wings, with tiny tails on the tips of lower wings. small orange "eyes" noted on lower portions of inner wings. One tip of the wing was damaged/missing. When sitting , prefered to fold wings, and "scissor" the wings back and forth. Quite skittish, very small.
Found in an old field.
