And it seems that I will not start to read papers about flies, no, not at all!

If this is the right fly I think the name has changed and it is now Tachina fera. If that's the case there's at least a nice common name in French: Tachinaire sauvage :-)

Tachinidae, most probably Echinomyia fera. Please, verify and find a better common name!
