Crocothemis servilia
Looks white with yellow/orange bands, eyes white lower half and pinkish purple upper. Wings colorless except yellow panel on each wing. Possibly female of Scarlet Skimmer (Crocothemis servilia) but not convinced of that!

You are very likely correct! What a difference in male and female!
Don't think so Hema. The Blue Dasher has more black framework to tail and eyes don't have white. This thing is almost white with gold bands all down the tail and lot of white on eyes. Thank you for suggestion though. Check out female Scarlet Skimmer and tell me what you think!
