Black-edged Dichomeris

Dichomeris picrocarpa

Description:

Small moth with slightly metallic sheen. Looked like a bit of leaf litter on the oregano.

Habitat:

Suburban backyard garden after a rain storm.

Notes:

I was out in the garden after dinner looking at the snails and found this small moth. It was not bothered by the photos or the fact I was touching the leaf it was on. Please forgive the focus of the third photo. I wanted to show a size reference.
