Greyish pelican with pink bill with spots on the upper mandible, pouch in pale pink with grey spots. Grey wingtips, dark feet.
Resident in Cambodia. We saw it in the Prek Toal Bird Sanctuary on Tonle Sap, flooded forest, sometimes feeding in pairs.
Not sure what it had in its pouch in Photo 2 but it was large!
