Pickleworm Moth?

Diaphania sp.

Description:

Small moth with large clear windows on the wings, bordered by black. The windows had an iridescent bluish sheen. Three was a paintbrush-like protrusion at the end of the body that made us look at the Pickleworm moth, but we're finding a mix of images under that name. Some resemble this, most don't

Habitat:

Edge of lowland wet forest, Barra del Colorado Wildlife Refuge, near Cano Palma
