Description:

Large white bird with a long slender neck. Heavy bodied. Adults have orange bill, black face with a large black knob at the top of the bill, and black feet. Juveniles are dirty white with pink bills and feet.

Habitat:

Orowoc Lake, Bay Shore, New York.

Notes:

Two adults and two juveniles. Both would spend time with one foot out of the water while wating for handouts (there is a McDonald's right there).
