Evergreen Eucalyptus species with wonderful blue/green foliage edged with pink and new growth also appears dusted, leaves also rounded giving it the other common name of Silver Dollar. Very gnarled growth of trunk and branches, a small tree, able to withstand dry conditions well due to lighter leaf colour, tree has a particular smell that is recognisable.
Natural range is in the central west of NSW towards Victoria (Australia). This specimen in garden setting growing in sandy loam soil.

Yes Seema, you're right, it is known by the silver dollar tree name because of the leaf shape. One of my favourite trees. Love the colour and smell and the dried specimens last such a long time, it's a good specimen to illustrate from life as well as it doesn't wilt as quickly as some.
