Jumping Spider

Description:

A wonderful little Jumping Spider with red, black and white on a yellow body. The spot on the top of the cephalothorax changes to blue depending on the angle of light. Like most Jumping Spiders, this one was curious and playful. About 8 mm long.

Habitat:

Forest of the Calakmul Biosphere Reserve, Area of the Bat Cave about 10 minutes east of Puerta Calakmul.
