Description:

Small black, mushrooms. Largest, ca. 6 mm across; fan-shaped when growing on side of branch, circular when growing on underside of branch. No stem. Growing in overlapping clusters and isolated.

Habitat:

Growing on side and underside of a small, dead hardwood branch (ca. 1 inch diameter) that had fallen relatively recently.
