Carolina Wren (nest & eggs)

Thryothorus ludovicianus

Description:

First picture taken on April 22, 2015; Second picture taken on May 3, 2015. These were taken at a place where I normally go to find reptiles. I flipped over a log and this nest was under it! It is the nest of a Carolina wren. The first time I found it there were only three eggs. I went back about a week later and there were two more eggs.

Habitat:

Under a log
