Description:

The wing span of this shiny yellow moth was about 15 mm. Wings were tented with dark brown patterns.

Habitat:

Spotted under bright lights in a suburban garden.

Notes:

Larvae of these moths feed on wattle and pupate in silken cocoons in leaf litter.
