Finally got the right species!
It is a female Hamadruas hieroglyphica.
H. superba is very similar but can be distinguish by it's smaller size.

Thanks Chun, Paul and Rieko. I did see one image that resembled H. superba online Chun, but just to be sure, I just updated to the genus level.

My best ID suggestion is Hamadruas superba.
Either that or it's a new species.
