Description:

The female blue tailed damselflies are found in five different colour forms with the thoracic markings and the tail spot differing. around 3cm in length and widespread across the British Isles.

Habitat:

seen on Marshy, still water at Old moor reserve in the Dearne Valley. Owned by the RSPB.
