Description:

These birds visit the marshes for the summer and breed here. They are like a cross between a Swallow and a Tern often flying with and like the former and breeding with and like the latter. They often breed in furrowed fields also. Two Pratincoles and a Swallow in the first picture.

Habitat:

Coastal marshes, in an area set aside for vegetable crops.
