this wild sunflower, in comparison to other sunflowers, are relatively small ranging only from 5cm to 9cm petal to petal. They're so common along the trail, but only in the first 700masl of altitude approximately.
spotted these wild sunflowers along the trail on my ascent to Mt. Banoi, Lobo Batangas in the Philippines.
