Buphagus erythrorhynchus
I know they look like pictures of a Giraffe but look closely and you will see that the neck is covered in Red-billed Oxpeckers which help to remove Ticks and other insects which cause irritation to the animals.

Ha! Nice spotting Malcolm. With that neck it's a case of the more Oxpeckers the better.
