Phoenicopterus roseus
Adults have pink legs, pink bill with black tips and bright red patches on the wings. Juveniles have dark grey legs, grey bill with black tip and maybe some pink on the wings. In these pictures there is an adult, or near adult at least, and a juvenile. The last picture is a closer view of a juvenile with the wings and upper legs turning pinkish. They take 3 years to reach breeding age.
