Panaeolus semiovatus
The semi-ovate panaeolus are small fragile gilled mushrooms. About 2 inches high. White egg-shaped cap with blackish-brown gills and white stalk. Also known as P. separatus and Anellaria separata.
These semi-ovate Panaeolus were spotted in a meadow at Kinder Farm Park in Millersville, Maryland.

P. semiovatus doesn't usually have this kind of striation around the cap edge. If it's growing on dung and has paler brown gills then I guess it could be Bolbitius vitellinus
