Sawfly larvae

Description:

An unusual sawfly larvae type I don't remember seeing before. These have a strange little tuft on their rear end. About 16mm long.

Habitat:

On E obovata leaves in a local nature reserve.

Notes:

Thanks Charlie. Although I love the fungi season I was quite pleased to see some arthropods at last... and there's always something different to sort out like those crazy little tufts.
