Pleurobranchus peronii
Spotted this at a depth of about 12m during a night dive. It measured about 20cm long.
Thanks PaoloCo & Gerardo! The lighter shade was caused by the strobe, Gerardo. :)
Is the inside light from the reflex of the strobe or is natural inside light in this guy?
Wow grate spotting Blogie !
The philippines is full of amazing sea creatures
Thanks, Francis! That's why I share my experiences here as much as I can. :)

Awesome! Like a christmas bauble!
like a marine toffee apple
Wow!
Thanks, Argybee! Too bad I wasn't able to get better shots -- the angle was just terrible because the critter was surrounded by coral. Oh well, I'm just happy I got a "documentation" shot of him. :)
That's absolutely amazing colour. Such richness and depth. Excellent Blogie.
