Idaea costaria

Description:

A pale brown moth with a wing span of 13 mm. It had small dark flecks arranged in wavs across all four wings. Trailing margins had a thin broken dark line. A pale line ran across the costa and over the head.

Habitat:

Spotted in a nature reserve.

Notes:

The wings are varied shades of brown in this species.
