MMS Yellow 8 Mission - Hawaii
1. Observe the living organisms around town, on field trips, and on family adventures. 2. Take photos that show the whole organism as well as important details. 3. Record your location, a habitat description, and approximate size, general description of characteristics (color, # legs, behaviors, scent, etc.) 4. Identify the organism (scientific and common name). If you don't know what it is, and you receive a suggestion, look for information online or in books to verify the suggestion before accepting it. 5. Optional: Include any other interesting information in the notes section (uses, if it is native, edibility, introduced, etc.)
