Arthropods Everywhere! North Texas
1. Look up Phylum Arthropoda online. Find which creatures are included. 2. Use your phone (best) or laptop to take an original pic of an arthropod outside. The weather is wonderful!! 3. Upload it as a spotting. 4. Take another! You may upload as many as you find. Only one is required. 5. STAY away from dark, damp spaces with small cobwebs. Poisonous bites from brown recluse and black widow spiders are dangerous! Orb weaving spiders are A-ok!. No danger there! Have fun! Also, flowers are a great place to find arthropods, flowering grasses, shrubs, and weeds. Be patient and still, you will find some!
