Description:

It is a small parrot, with conspicuous brown spots on the shoulder, a little blue in the wings with short and pointed tail. It is mainly green, and yellowish below. and have an orange spot on the chin. Found in Colombia, Costa Rica, El Salvador, Guatemala, Honduras, Mexico, Nicaragua, Panama and Venezuela
