It looks like it's some kind of hover fly (syrphid fly, flower fly, Syrphidae). Here is a link: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Syrphid_fly...

I think it's some kind of mimetic fly. It has stripes and coloring like a bee (hence the 'mimetic'), but it has short antennae, which means it's a fly.
