Not monarchs. Not sure what as the picture doesn't show enough color or detail, beyond the slight hairiness
Oh that's just creepy, cool... but gives me the shivers.
I agree with David -- tent caterpillars, not monarchs.
Those aren't Monarch caterpillars. I believe there some type of tent caterpillar, but the pix are little out of focus to id them.
